The main reasons for its breakdown are the reduction of the dielectric strength of the high-voltage insulation of the secondary winding and the excessively high working voltage. Among them, the decrease in the dielectric strength of the high-voltage insulation of the secondary winding is mostly caused by the damping of the secondary winding, the overheating of the dirt bike Ignition Coil, and the aging of the insulating material.
